Eight coffees on rotation right now. Everything is roasted to order — the date on the bag is the day it came off the Probat. Prices are per 12 oz bag, whole bean or ground to your brewer.

Washed Ethiopian, light roast. Bergamot and white peach up front, a clean jasmine finish.

Colombian Sugarcane EA. Cocoa nib, dried cherry, syrupy body. A decaf you'd drink at noon.

Honey-process, medium-light. Apricot, honey, almond. A little stone-fruit brightness without the acidity bite.
